Registered Retired Savings Plan-RRSP

Registered Education Savings Plan-RESP

An RRSP is a retirement savings plan that you establish, that is registered with the CRA, and to which you or your spouse or common-law partner contribute. Deductible RRSP contributions can be used to reduce your tax.

Any income you earn in the RRSP is usually exempt from tax as long as the funds remain in the plan; you generally have to pay tax when you receive payments from the plan.

At Enrich Financial Group we provide you with various options to register your RRSP plans through our partner companies, registered with and regulated by the CRA requirements. Our qualified and knowledgeable advisors help you register with the right RRSP plan to grow your savings with low risks and reasonably high yeilds for your retirement.

A registered education savings plan (RESP) is a contract between an individual (the subscriber) and a person or organization (the promoter).

Under this contract, the subscriber names one or more beneficiaries (the future student(s)) and agrees to make contributions for them, and the promoter agrees to pay educational assistance payments (EAPs) to the beneficiaries.

Tax Free Savings Account - TFSA

The Tax-free Savings Account (TFSA) is a registered savings account that functions like an investment account. It can hold cash savings and investments that generate tax-free income.

TFSAs are overseen by the Government of Canada but administered by Canadian banks and financial institutions.

Any contribution you make to your TFSA and any income you earn through interest, dividends or capital gains are generally tax-free, even when you make a withdrawal. However, unlike an RRSP, contributions you make to a TFSA are not tax deductible.
